Ronald Bernard Hudek, of Rolla, Missouri, passed away on January 4, 2026 in his home in Buffalo Gap, Texas.

Ronald was born March 12, 1940 in Cicero, Illinois. His parents then moved to Missouri where they started a little farm with all their family. He went to a Catholic School where he received his education and then went into the military to join the Air Force but after boot camp he came back for his beautiful fiance Margery Lou, and then they were married. They were married November the 28th and are still together in Heaven today. A true love story.

Ronald Hudek was in the United States Air Force for 20 plus years he went to Vietnam for three tours and came back and was our hero. He continued to be a veteran of the United States Air Force and he was awarded the title of Master Sergeant. Ronald loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed sports especially baseball and football.

He used to love to make everybody laugh and tell jokes he had an alter ego named Bobby. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He was the best Papa anybody could ever have. You could never keep him inside or keep him still he was a man of motion and energy and great love.

He was a father, a grandfather, a great-grandfather, and a great-great-grandfather.

There are many that will miss him, and love him, and we all can't wait to see him again soon.

He will be joining Margery Lou Hudek and be laid to rest in Buffalo Gap Cemetery. However we know they live on in Heaven.
