NARCISO REYES
Narciso Reyes, age 80, died Saturday, August 27, 2005 at a local hospital. A prayer vigil will be held Sunday, August 28, 2005 from 6:00 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Rd. Graveside services will be Monday, August 29th at 10 a.m. at Dudley Cemetery.
Narciso Reyes was born on October 29, 1924 in Eagle Pass, Texas to parents Jesus Reyes and Juanita Augular Reyes. Mr. Reyes served in the United States Army and was a veteran of World War II. He married Betty Stokes in Ballinger, Texas. She preceded him in death in 1990. Narciso was a carpenter and a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Abilene.
His parents, his wife, two brothers and one sister preceded Mr. Reyes in death.
He is survived and lovingly remembered by his son, Danny Casarez and his wife Juanita of Abilene; his daughter, Stella Casarez and her husband Martin of Abilene; two brothers Ramiro Reyes and his wife Maria of Fort Worth, Texas, Cipriano Reyes also of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters Juana Reyes of Mineral Wells, Texas, Antonia Reyes of Marble Falls, Texas, and Cecilia Torres of Burnet, Texas; eleven grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren.
