Marylyn Sue Fraser, 76, of Abilene, passed away on September 23, 2025.
Marylyn was the epitome of a loving and selfless caregiver. Throughout her life, she devoted herself to caring for others in their times of hardship. She was a compassionate, humble, and nurturing presence to all who knew her. She will be remembered as one of the kindest and most empathetic women, finding her greatest joy in creating a brighter path for those around her.
Marylyn was preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and Orville White, and her brothers, Larry and Ronnie White.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristine Hoffman; her siblings, Linda Fair, Rita Metcalf, Terry White, and Connie Haller; her granddaughters, Alyssa Hoffman and Kady Bone; and her great-grandchildren, Baylor and McLaren.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Brandon De Paul and his team for their patience, respect, and compassionate care, which brought Marylyn great comfort.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Abilene Public Library or the Taylor Jones Humane Society, causes close to Marylyn’s heart.
