Marsha Goldsby, 72 of Tuscola, TX, passed away on March 29th in Abilene, TX
A Celebration of Life will be held from 3-5PM, Sunday, April 16th at 201 Mesquite Event Center in Abilene. In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome to be made in her honor to Camp Able of Buffalo Gap. An additional event will commence in July in the state of Illinois.
Marsha was born in Springfield, IL to Scott E Goldsby and Virginia Lee Koehler on July 1st, 1950. She was a daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, niece, cousin, babysitter and friend to many. She spent 5 years as an operator/secretary with Illinois Bell, and later 15 years as a candy dipper with Pease's Candy. A majority of her life was spent as a homemaker and caretaker for her family, immediate and extended.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents Virginia & Scott, and her brothers Gary & Scott C. Goldsby. She is survived by her children, Heather Taylor, Erik Goldsby & Scott Goldsby; grandchildren, Korbin, Dustin, & Maddelynn; her brothers, Ed Goldsby & Jim Goldsby, and various nieces, nephews, and cousins.
