Karen Lowe

Karen Starr Lowe, 65, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023. She was born on September 25, 1957 in Los Angeles, CA to Lloyd Ross Tenney and Nancy (Lancaster) Tenney.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 29 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road.

Karen moved to Abilene from Sacramento, CA in 1993. She worked for Home Depot for a number of years. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed watching the Food Network and HGTV.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Nancy Tenney, and her son, Jerry Mason.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Jessica Caffey and husband Daniel; broher, Lloyd Ross Tenney, Jr.; sister, Carol Ann Tenney; four grandchildren, Talan Caffey, Wyatt Riddle, Kirsley Caffey, and Elora Mason.
