James Wesley Harris

James Wesley “Jimmy” Harris, 45, of Abilene, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. The family will receive friends immediately after the service.

Jimmy was born in Bitburg, Germany to C.W. Harris and Janet (Williams) Harris on October 25, 1975. He graduated from Cooper High School. He was an I.T. Specialist having worked for Abilene Communities Credit Union.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his mother.

Jimmy is survived by his father C.W. Harris and wife Denise of Abilene, and brother, Richard Harris and wife Donna Easterly, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
