Carmen was born in Coleman, TX to George and Epfania Sanchez on Oct 27, 1942. She went to school in Abilene. She married Jerry Williams on September 5, 1968. She worked with Mrs. Black in a bakery, Mr. and Mrs. McMillon and Dr. Cannon and Mrs. Cannon until she retired. She was a widow of her beloved husband Jerry Williams a disabled veteran who retired from the United States Air Force. Carmen was preceded in death by her dad George Sanchez, brother Jimmy Sanchez, her son Adam Garcia Jr., sister Linda Sanchez, mother Epfania Sanchez, husband Jerry Williams and her brother Alex Sanchez. It was important, to her, for everyone to know how much love she had for her family and friends. She was not given the opportunity to see everyone or given the time to tell each and every one of you that she loved you. Carmen is now in the graceful company of her creator and in the loving hands of her family and friends that have passed before her. She will always be in our hearts, our minds and standing beside us. The family of Carmen Williams wishes to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. Jaime Gomez, Dr. Sandip Mather, Dr. Ibrahim Fakhoury, Dr. Violeta Baddour, Dr. Joji Vargheese, Dr. Fred White, Fresenius Kidney Care Abilene South employees, Westeria Place Nursing Home employees, Hendrick Hospice employees and Nurse Dawn George of Angels Care Home Health and the St Francis Catholic Church.
